Climate Change Past, Present, and Future book update
Climate
change will likely be the major environmental – and perhaps economic
and social – issue of the twenty-first century. It is controversial,
confusing, and hugely important.
Climate Change - Past, Present, and Future: a Very Short Guide by Warren D. Allmon, Trisha A. Smrecak, and Robert M. Ross, the latest PRI special publication, is a concise, user-friendly handbook that addresses the major features of the science behind this very complex topic.
Climate change research is at the cutting edge of science and climate change policy issues are never far out of the news. In an effort to keep this book current, we will be updating the information here as needed. Under the chapter headings you'll find news stories and research developments that relate to each chapter topic. This product was produced by PRI's GCP, an endorsed outreach partner of the Cornell Center for a Sustainable Future.
