I hope those people are okay.

I just left California because of lack of water and fire season. It felt dangerous and apocalyptic.
-Kate
Would you move to the American southwest, given the water issues?
I would move there in the future, but at the moment, no. I wouldn't want to stress the region anymore than it already is. One more person doesn't seem like a lot, but it adds up over time.
-Micah
No. All the policies and water management in the world can't make it rain, or make it snow, in the mountains. Water is life!
-Dan
I already live there. Help lol.
-Sam
Yes! I think we'll figure out how to manage the lack of water.
-Matthew
I'm not sure. I would like the sunshine, and I might have a reason to go, like a job offer. But I would worry about how many more people the region can support.
-Jane
Nope. It is really important for human communities to be located in places that can support our needs. We need to re-think our opportunistic grab for resources that used to seem limitless, and recalibrate our communities for a sustainable future.
-Ali M.
No, in the face of drought and climate change I think that human habitation in the desert SW is unsustainable.
