Turn up the solar and wind energy to turn down the heat!

-Cecil C.

I think we need to do whatever we can to stop climate change from getting worse in the future. Stop using fossil fuels and start using renewable energy.

-Sigrid Axelsson

What should we do to reduce the risk of wildfires?

A warmer, drier climate is setting the stage for worse wildfires. This is a climate emergency, and we've got to take action today.

-Clara R.

I think people have to get out in nature more. Then, they will know what we have, and they'll appreciate and protect it with all of their will.

-Kevin Goggins

I think the main problems are too many new homes close to forests, and forests that aren't being managed well. We've got to tackle these problems.

-Joe P.

In the short-terms, we need to manage our forests better by listening to forestry scientists. In the long-term the only solution is reducing carbon emissions into the atmosphere substantially...unfortunately, this probably means reducing our global population or at least its growth rate, and definity its "stuff"... -Cori M.

We're going to need to hire more firefighters. This won't reduce the intensity of the fires, but it will help prevent them from spreading and doing so much damage.

-David

Let's work to cut our carbon emissions, to stop warming the Earth and creating these dangerous conditions. Let's also use smart forest management practices.
