Ray Van Houtte Museum Classroom Rentals
The Ray Van Houtte Museum Classroom is a great place to host small conferences, birthday parties, meetings, retreats or luncheons. This room is available during Museum open hours.
Birthday Parties
One of the many ways you can utilize the classroom is by throwing a birthday party!
The birthday party package comes with use of the Ran Van Houtte classroom for 2 hours, with an additional 30 minutes before and after for set-up and clean-up. The package includes admission for all 15 children and a (currently) unspecified number of accompanying adults ($5 per additional child up to maximum 20 children).
After the rental time ends, the guests are welcome to continue exploring the museum until closing, as long as the classroom has been cleaned within the allotted time (they may leave food in the refrigerator as needed).
Pricing:
For non-members, we charge $300, and they get free year long family membership.
For members, we charge $250, and there is no free renewal of membership.
A $50 security deposit is required for all birthdays.
Facilities:
Tables and chairs are provided, though we do not have tablecloths available.
You may bring your own decorations and refreshments.
The classroom includes access to a refrigerator (no freezer use), sink, and microwave.
Please note that museum staff does not assist with set-up or clean-up.
