There is so much knowledge and education to be found for free online. For girls who don't have access to the internet, find a way to get it for them. For those that do have access, a guide in the form of a parent, teacher, friend or professional can help determine the student's interest through suggestion of some of the main branches of science - biology, chemistry, physics, paleontology, oceanography, geology, etc…

…Also, mathematics is extremely helpful to any budding scientist - start with what she's naturally interested in, what she gravitates to - don't force a curriculum on her.
